Tele ordering module working in centralized server with connection of analogue telephone lines via voice interface card. Ordering data base could be located and maintained in the same or separate servers. As we already connected our TiVA IVR with ORICO for stock availability checking, this application integrates with existing ORICO databases, which confirms the availability and its stock levels and will add items to order cart. Then will update necessary databases or email to sales counters / department. All values entered by clients are recognized by DTMF technology, which used in many applications like telephone banking and etc..

This module used by the administrator or supervisors to maintain system settings, items, clients, reports and etc.. This module is a network client version.
